Directions for Preparation and Use
Your baby's health depends on carefully following these easy directions. Proper hygiene, handling, and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Failure to follow these directions could result in severe harm. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile.
- Wash your hands, surfaces, and utensils.
- Pour desired amount of water into clean bottle (see chart below).
- Add unpacked, level scoop(s) of powder to the bottle. Return dry scoop to can.
- Cap bottle; shake well; attach nipple.
- Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.

Larger Size Mixing Instructions
To make a larger amount of formula using a standard measuring cup, follow these steps:
Add 1 unpacked, level cup (NOT the enclosed scoop) of powder to 21 fl oz of water.
To maintain freshness, pour prepared formula into individual feeding bottles.
Cap and store in refrigerator; feed within 24 hours. Yields approximately 24 fl oz of formula.
Storage: Immediately store prepared individual feeding bottles in refrigerator at 35°F to 40°F and use within 24 hours. Store unopened cans at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures. Use opened can contents within 1 month.
Warning: Never use a microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns can result.
Precaution: It is important to consult your baby's doctor before changing formula.

Just twist off the cap — no powder mixing or measuring — and the formula is ready for baby.

Your baby's health depends on carefully following the directions for preparation and use. This formula is ready-to-feed. Ask your baby's doctor if you need to boil (sterilize) bottles, nipples, and rings before use (bottles, nipples, and rings not included).
- Wash your hands, surfaces, and utensils.
- Shake very well before each use.
- Remove protective band; twist off and clean cap.
- Invert cap and place on foil seal.
- Press down to pierce foil, then turn cap a half turn.
- Lift and throw away foil.
- Pour formula into the bottle.
- Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
Storage: Prepare and feed all formula from the quart bottle within 3 days after opening. Once opened, store quart bottle in refrigerator. Once prepared, store bottles in refrigerator and feed to baby within 48 hours. Store unopened containers at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures. Do not reuse container.
Warning: Do not use this container to warm formula. Never use a microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns can result.
