Vaccinations are SO Important

  • The Academy of Pediatrics and the CDC both recommend that newborns and children get regular vaccinations, yet I know quite a few parents who have opted not to get their children vaccinated. Did you get your child vaccinated? If not, why?   --Bonnie, StrongMoms Facilitator

  • In the northwest we had a profound number of cases of whopping cough last spring and summer-due to kids and their families not getting vaccinated.  This caused many hospitalizations and sick kids in our state.  It's so important to stay healthy-especially for our children.

  • I think vaccinations are very important. I got my son vaccinated (he is one year old now) and I plan to get my daughter vaccinated too when she gets here (I'm due in August).
