Not being able to sleep can be just awful. I did some research for you and here are some ideas of things you can do to help you get back to sleeping normally. Hope some of these tips help! I know a lot of pregnant women can relate to your sleeping troubles. I know I often need to take a shower and have a period of time where I just have the lights low, sip something caffeine free, and read a book. Eventually, I get sleepy and use the body pillow that I bought to get comfortable. Hang in there!
Those are all some great tips. If you still have trouble sleeping after everything, make sure you talk to your doctor. There may be something she can do to help. More than likely it is nerves and anxiety keeping you up at night. Good luck!
Well...I guess it's hopefully less than a month or two left of this. :-( I remember feeling so relieved when my first came because at least I could sleep in 3 hour chunks for the most part at night! Hang in there. Hugs.
