if you get parenting magazine in the back with the ads there is a bunch of websites of jobs for stay at home moms
Try a google search for free classes in the area. Make sure that you do NOT go to a private home, but rather a reputable source for safety reasons. Contact your local community church, college, or YMCA/YWCA for free or inexpensive classes that you can take online.
Have you considered offering to watch a friend's child in your home for a little extra income? I know several stay at home moms who watch one or two children in their homes and make enough to supplement their husband's income.
