how can i help teach my daughter sit up better?
well I'm no expert but my daughter is 6 months old and we r having problems to she just wants to fall over sideways so we have started putting small holdable toys in each hand along with a finger in each and then let go she thinks u are holder her and really she is just holding the toys? it seems to be going ok?
I have a 6 year old and my newbee is 6 months.... I started working my girls when they were 2 months old and my first was sitting up at 5 months. I would lay them on there back and grasp there little hands and sit them up to help stengthen there abs .. it makes a fun game My second seems to be flopping over more but I have found her boppy pillow works well. Good luck hope it helps.
Best invention!! The Bumbo chair..I love it! Its a great investment..you can feed the baby, play, my son is 4 months old, and loves his Bumbo!!!
i had a boppy that my son sat in until he could sit up on his own when i had him on the floor or in a chair.
Yes the Boppy and Bumbo are GREAT for this. Just give her opportunities to practice sitting with support and without support (with hands ready to catch her!)...she will gain the muscle and balance she needs to do it on her own when she is ready!
