Actually I didnt mind them but I got so sick of trying to get the air out I would just keep the cup tiped so that she couldnt take in the air and made sure to burp her well when we were dont eating. The other bottle i loved and still use (my daughter's nine months) are the born free style. They look really funny and are a little expensive at first but they are greener and in the long run save you some money. They come with an insert that helps the bottle breath and keep the bubbles at the other end of the bottle. The only problem with them is if you put the lid on too tight it cant breath and if you have it on way too lose it leaks but it's not too hard to find where to have it. I love these bottles and switched off the drop ins. They say they help with colic too. I'm not sure my daughter didnt have any problems with that. Good luck on the bottles.

I use them and love them! I do not wash the outer bottle every time we us them. I will use it for most of the day and then wash it at the end of the day. I buy the target brand drop in liners, they are cheaper then name brand and I have not had one problem! I did have the name brand ones leak on me once or twice in the beginning before I switched to target brand
