We will let her munch on fruit frequently throughout the day, so at least there is some great fiber to go along with the sugar. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;One of her favorite snacks is pickles! the tastes and textures of new foods, but I find it challenging as well. 
We provide balanced meals, but more of a challenge for us is snacks. 
She will eat fruit all day, but we get concerned about too much sugar.
