Congratulations on your pregnancy! I know it is scary at first, but give yourself time to get used to the idea. Make sure to make your first OBGYN appointment and get a good prenatal book like "What to Expect". Sometimes we are afraid when we don't know what to expect. I think arming yourself with knowledge makes things seem a whole lot easier to tackle. If you have any questions, please feel free to post them here and one of us will be happy to help you with anything. Good luck and congratulations!

Re: new mom

HI! It sounds like this is your first time visiting strongmoms. Let me be the first to welcome you to the site! I think that you will find this to be a great place to come to get and give support and get your questions answered.
