I know I am pregnant because this is my fourth pregnancy, but I had a blighted ovum with my second pregnancy. Although I do have a healthy 12m. old little girl as well as a three year old little girl, so I guess I am a little nervous about this time around. Also I am not sure how pregnant I am but I am crampy, bloated, and hungry. Scents also seem stronger to me. I believe I am only about 1 week, but does it seem crazy that I know I am? I have been having unprotected for 2 weeks; maybe a little less. Does anyone else think they knew right away when they conceived?
Yes, I knew the moment I was pregnant! I just knew. I think that some women are really in tune with their bodies and know their cycles. When you can take a pregnancy test, you should take one just to be sure. Then make sure you take prenatal vitamins and go see your OBGYN as soon as possible. Good luck!
I knew when I was about a week or two along, I was at work and I wasn't feeling good. My co-works said I was just stressing, but when I got sick at work I knew something was different. My friends thought I was crazy to assume that I was pregnant, but I went to the store bought a test and I was right! Make sure you stay away from gas stations, smoke and (if you're like me) large fish- the smell of all of these things made me sick within seconds. Congrats on the new little one :)
I'm on my third child now and with every single one I knew the moment I was pregnant (they were all planned, so that helped.) I am, and always have been, very in tune with my body - sometimes to the point of driving my doctors crazy! ;)

I remember thinking that I might be pregnant because I was SO INSANELY tired - beyond a usual tiredness and it was just overwhelming. This was only about 2 weeks along and here I am - 22 weeks pregnant. Let us know how things go and if you are pregnant. If not, best of luck conceiving!
