I never had much of a problem with morning sickness, but I hear that sucking on lemon or ginger helps.
The most persistent nausea that I had was working night shifts that first year. Every morning at about 3-4 am I would just feel terrible. That is when other RNs taught me about ginger candy and tea. It saved many a morning for me! -Jess
