As much as I really want to lose ten pounds, I am still very much excited about all the yummy food this holiday season. From turkey and dressing to cheesecake with cherry topping, I love every bite of the holidays! Here is my super easy peanut butter pie recipe:

·        8oz cream cheese

·        1 cup powdered sugar

·        Container of Cool Whip,

·        1 graham cracker pie shell

·        ½ cup peanut butter

Blend softened cream cheese and peanut butter. Add sugar and mix well. Stir in ½ Cool Whip. Pour into pie shell. Top with remaining Cool Whip and refrigerate for 2 hours. Yum! Share your favorite holiday recipes.

Shhh, dont tell anyone but I love to bake (I just don't do it much)Zip it!... A friend in college taught me this delicious and super easy one (mind you its been a long time since I made it so if I have the order backwards apologies!):

2 blocks of cream cheese to every 1 cup of baking sugar (not the normal store sugar, its the fine powdery kind otherwise you get a very grainy mixture)

Mix together until blended at room temperature and "pour" into a graham cracker piecrust. Let chill in fridge until solid. Serve.

It's really easy, and addictive... very addictive. We always made her bring one to any dinner event we had.
