I have lower back pain on a chronic
basis because the bottom of my spine curves to the right. During pregnancy,
though, it was even worse. I used to use heating pads to help ease the
pain until my chiropractor suggested using moist heat. So, I got a hot
water bottle and found that it worked very well. Not only did it deliver
soothing heat, but it also helped me keep my back in a comfortable position
