You should freeze your breastmilk in bags. You can find them at Target or Walmart. They are made by Gerber or Medela or Lansino. Or you could just put it into a ziploc bag. Double bag in case of spills. Lable them with the amount of ounces and the date it was expressed. Keep some air in the bag before you close the ziplock for room for expansion when it freezes.

You can use any breastmilk bags or storage bottles. Whatever works for you is best. I liked to freeze mine in the storage bags laying flat. They took up lots less room this way and thawed quicker.

I've always ran really warm water over it. Don't use the bottle warmers. I did that once and the results were my bag almost melted and my hand was burned. You can also fill a bowl with hot water (from the tap, not boiling) and just lay it in there.

If you will run cold water over it- it will thaw pretty quickly.  Sound weird to use cold water  but it works.  Put it in the sink and leave the faucet running over it.  It works I promise!

HI. I HAVE A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS. HOW DO YOU THAW THE BAGS? AND, FOR HOW LONG DO YOU LEAVE THEM IN THE FREEZER?
