  • Getting my 7 1/2 month old to sleep through the night......

    He has a routine he likes to follow every night we have dinner at 5:30 he wants to take a nap at 6 (he only sleeps 30 minutes top)...then we play until 8 at which time he is ready for his bath....by 8:45 he is ready for a bottle and I put him to bed.
