  • Help! 10 week old sleep problems

My 10 week old daughter has a terrible time going to sleep if she's not swaddled or being held. She's been like this since day 1. I have a few more weeks to hopefully get this sleeping thing down before I return to work. We used to have to sneak her into her crib after she was in a deep sleep...

  • Sleeping

Hi! I am a new mother, My daughter is 1 month old. She is very fussy/figity and doesn't stay asleep for very long most of the time. I put her down to nap and within minutes she is fussing/ready to cry, and my only option is picking her up and rocking her again. Im not sure if there is anything i...

  • Late night pacifier detail

My 12 week old son has not been sleeping well at night for the past week. He had been doing well for awhile, sleeping 3-5 hours at a time--no longer the case. He usually gets up 1 or 2 times to feed and diaper change, but mostly gets up almost every hour fussing and thrashing about because he has spit...

  • Re: Not getting any sleep at night--How do you cope?

My fiance was really good at reminding me that it is just a phase. Repeating this to myself in moments that seem unbearable really helped (and still does!) and helps me enjoy the precious moments even more.

  • Not getting any sleep at night--How do you cope?

Night time is rough for all new moms who have an infant. Most infants wake up every 2-3 hours to feed and many of them struggle with falling back to sleep. As a result, most moms don’t get much sleep at night. How do you cope with those first sleepless months? Were there any tricks you tried that...

  • What time should I put my 4 1/2 month old to sleep?

I've been trying to figure out what time is best to put my 4 1/2 old to bed. Most of the time, I start his bedtime routine (bath, book, feed) around 7:45-8:00 p.m. and he's usually in bed by 9:00 p.m. at the latest. However, I noticed he usually seems to want to take a nap around 6:00 - 7:00...

  • Erratic sleeping/feeding patterns

My daughter is 6 weeks old, and she seems to want to eat about every 2.5 - 3 hours. But at night, the pattern seems to be erratic. She was sleeping pretty well through the night, staying asleep for a good 3-5 hours before waking up to be fed. Lately though, she is waking up every 2 hours. We are currently...

  • Getting the baby to sleep alone, need tips!

My baby is a week old and she refuses to sleep by herself. I can wait until she is so deep in that you can hold her arm up and it will just drop when you let go, but once I put her in the bassinet she wakes up in 10 minutes. I have asked many mothers I know and they all have said that it's normal...

  • 4 weeks and waking after 45 minutes during naps and sleep time...help!

My son will be 4 weeks tomorrow. I know that a baby's sleep cycle causes them to "wake up" after 45 minutes but most babies can go right back to sleep. Mine can't and I am not sleeping but 45 minutes at a time at night and about an hour during the day. Mason gets fussy after 45 minutes...
