  • Getting my 7 1/2 month old to sleep through the night......

    He has a routine he likes to follow every night we have dinner at 5:30 he wants to take a nap at 6 (he only sleeps 30 minutes top)...then we play until 8 at which time he is ready for his bath....by 8:45 he is ready for a bottle and I put him to bed. We have been doing this for the past couple of months...

  • Those First 6 Weeks-How Did You Survive?

    When I first had my son, I thought the first 6 weeks were incredibly difficult. I found it very tough to get up every 3 hours, and the lack of sleep was unbearable. Even finding the time to take a shower was challenging. How did you survive your first 6 weeks as a new mom? Do you have any words of wisdom...
