  • Continue with your prenatal vitamins, healthy food choices, and regular exercise.
  • Explore the maternity leave policies at your work.
  • Discuss any prenatal testing with your partner and ask your doctor any questions.
  • If you haven't already, by your 13th week of pregnancy, explore new sources for maternity clothing; consignment shops and friends who are no longer pregnant can help save you money.
